In 08.12.07 i bought time share and paid$34000. When i came back home i decided not to keep it. I send them fax, emails, called and they sayind no way for return even i called them with in 3 days. At the time of presentation they they aplly havy salling pressure they even give alcochol. Till now i still don't have title of my properity. My advise stay a way from them
