Norman Mugford has ripped me off for years. It wasn't until his competitor came here and showed me the low quality workmanship that was done back in 2001. There's actually still existing damage near my windows and door frames from AlarmPro in Palm Coast/Flagler County. Each visit, they promise to fix it "next time". Each time, they are always sure to collect a check for their time, but they never take care of the problems they caused in the first place.

ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE i come to find out, after 7 years, I've been paying double what anyone else charges. For equipment, batteries, faulty pieces, and bad work. Only thing I thought was cheap was "monitring". Right, other than the people who answer the phones are too rude for words and when my alarm did sound (about 10 times, due to technician faultiness) they waited longer than I'm satisfied with to call for help.By the time they got the info out I would have been robbed blind or dead.

The quirks in their system (ALARMPRO system) make it so it doesn't make sense (why wait 60 seconds after someone breaks down my front door to sound? Why wait 2 minutes to call for help?) and it seems like my family and I feel much safer with our new service providers.
