Carmine lania, john lazanno, john calvo borrowed money for a trailer for their business, and did not pay back

Mr. Lania borrowed $4500.00 for a trailer for his company. He paid back $2000.00 of the money, and then after having a fight with me decided not to pay back the rest of the money owed. I have contacted him by mail several times, called him and he has been nasty, and hangs up. Ignores mail. I have filed in flagler county small claims court to sue him for the remaining $2500.00 plus interest and court fee's.

To date he is avoiding sheriff's department attempt to be served. I will take this as far as need be to collect the debt. If you check the complaints department on palm coast biz his company has more complaints then most. This is someone who doesn't care about his community nor does he take care of his responsibilities. He partners with with john lazanno, aka john calvo of a-safeway movers. They share the same address, and neither of them are registered with bbb. A shady pair to say the least.
