Harassment when trying to cancel my account

Vonage disconected me twice and kept me on the phone for an hour (3 calls) to cancel my service and refused to cancel it repeatedly because of all the upgrades they've made and a continous bantering of what they could do. I held an 5min for a supervisor, but one was not available. Pure and utter harrasment to cancel my service. 3 hardware failrues in 2 years, repeatedly having to reboot the modem, poor product.
