Ripoff! Cashed my check, but never sent the product

I ordered a ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini Dish Antenna through an order form I received in my newspaper. I sent the order form and check on 5/16 for $16.90. The check was cashed in June, yet here it is Sept. 9th and I have still not received my product.
