Totally screwed up my printing job and i've spent over a year to get a replacement

I placed an order for some footprint stickers that I want to attach to the floor.in trying to tell them what I wanted, I said I wanted a "skeletal footprint". The stickers came (after waiting 3 months for them) and had big bold letters across each sticker "skeletal footprint". I just wanted stickers that LOOKED like skeletal footprints not that SAID skeletal footprint.
They at first said they would send a corrected order but it has been over a year and nothing! To say I have gotten the run around is an understatement. I told them just to give me a refund and they say they can't do that.
I am beyond frustrated... What a ripoff!!!
