I bought a sheet of 18 parking stickers for $216.00 at this garage to park my car when I go to work, I use it any time I work at this location. I was away for one month but before I leave I ask the parking attendant if this stickers would expire and he said no. When I come back I continue to park there using my parking stickers after 3 days they told me my stickers was expired. There is no date on stickers, there sign any where in the garage that indicate stickers expiration even the parking attendant did not know. Now I have 5 stickers left from the sheet and they will not accept it. I spoke with 2 person from their office Barbra and Jenny and I told them I park there every day if they would honor my 5 stickers they said no. I ask them, would you want me to file a complaint for 5 stickers and said go right ahead. I'm not the only one and I do hope the rest of the customers file a complaint. We work very hard and we should not be scam like this or take advantage of. Thank You.
