We did sub-contracted, commercial work for this company nine months ago, to be paid upon completion. We have not been paid

NationServices, Inc. Contacted our company in June to work on Suncom stores in the Charleston area. Each store that we worked on we did timely and professional work. We completed 3 jobs - We got the paperwork signed from the manager and followed up to make sure that the work was done professionally and promptly.

We invoiced the 3 jobs in June - we have yet to receive any payment from NationService out of Dallas. Texas. We have been told on numerous times that the check is in the mail, that they lost the invoices, and that there have been internal problems.

We spoke with SunCom and informed them of the situation. After SunCom spoke with NationServices, we were assured that we would be paid by November. It is now February and we have not been paid. The last time I was able to get through to speak with a "real" person at Nation Services, Inc., I was told that I needed to calm down and that I would be paid. I am calm, but I am not paid. Do not do any work for this company!
