This company - owned by ING is not really "Taking Care Of The Way People Live" as they advertise - rather - they are taking care of their own greed. I moved into a rental in Boca Raton and was told all kinds of wonderful things about the company and that they will not sell the property or turn it into condos. They lied! After my lease was up, they increased my rent by a whopping 30% and sold the property to a greedy condo conversion company. I was told that I could make their apartment my home for many years and that they only do minimal increases like 2 to 5%. I got my 30% increase and had to move a few months later because they sold my unit to a speculator who wanted to sell it days after closing for double! Hey everyone - DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT APARTMENTS FROM GABLES RESIDENTIAL. If you do... You'll regret it.
