The BBB has a F rating with them. Basically what the other reports say seems true. There are 3 packages that cost tens of thousands. They lure you with the guarantee and that the average PI cases is worth $2500. They say that the average sales lead to actual PI case is 30%. They also show you a TV schedule which gives you the impression that there is a commercial every hour from 9-5pm.in reality as stated by the CEO himself, they "predict market fluctuations" so how many actual commercials are shown are in question.
What happens:
1) A telemarketer asks you do you accept PI patients
2) A salesman visits your office and gives you a powerpoint presentation
3) You find out the results are nothing like you were lead to believe. If you try to argue, they have a clause in the contract that voids the guarantee. It says that they can terminate the contract but you can't. Definitely have a lawyer look at the contract before you sign anything. Everyone should file a complaint with the BBB or some government agency to have your name in their records so a lawyer can eventually make a class-action lawsuit to bring them down.
