Total scam company

This place is very unprofessonal. I had so many prolems. They came to my rental and a simple chimney cleaning turned in to a huge bill. They said it was no problem to bill me, and instead billed my tenants, even though they were given specific instructions where to send the invoice. I called to pay my bill, and it was near impossible to get any one to return my call (I called over 20 times trying to reach someone) and then they told me there was a $25 fee for not getting payment on the spot. I was never told that up front and they never even mentioned payment. They were very inprofesstional and did a terrible job in my opinion. I would stay aways from them at all costs! My hidden fees and extremely unprofessional! The phone reps are con artists and I could not beleive what they were saying, they have no idea what they are doing. I asked for a manager/owners name, and I was told, "They are always out of the country any way and won't help you" She refused even when I expressed wanting to write a complaint letter. She coudl not come up with a name or address to send it to! Stay away from this company!
