Euro Flex Americas, charged my account and would not respond when I requested my money to be returned

A few days prior to Feb. 12 I responded to a tv commercial for a small hand-held steam cleaner. I cannot remember the exact amount I was quoted but it was in the neighborhood of $60.00 On Feb. 12 my bank account was charged $190.22.

I had no contact number for them other than a toll free telephone number which was never answered. However, a friend told me to contact the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and they supplied me with the contact information. They are listed under IHA - International Housewares Association.

I called their number on February 22nd and spoke with "Stojan Dragovich". I told him I wanted my money returned, especially since it was 3 times the amount I was quoted and because I I discovered their product had been recalled due to serious burns from missing "O" rings.

I was told the product had been shipped on Feb. 18 and after I received it I was to call him for information concerning returning the item to receive a refund.

On Feb. 25 the package arrived and had been shipped from the "National Product Reconditioning Company" in Memphis, Tennesee. I refused to accept delivery. I contacted Euroflex and they never responded.

I would like my money returned!
