Billed for phone that was a pid gift!

They just sent me a bill for $300.00 on a phone that was a gift. They told me that since I disconnected it through AT&T that I now owe them money.

I already paid AT&T $500.00 for the disconnection. I have kept all my paperwork from my contract and no where does it say I will have to pay another company.

I asked them to send me a copy through fax and they responded that I should send a copy of my drivers license so they could see if it was fraud, right. So they can get my signature??? Then they said a fax would take 1 to 3 weeks for me to recieve. Scam, scam, scam.
