Ripped poster, accused me of ripping it, told me he wouldn't miss my $8 business

I ordered a calendar from this company. I ordered it on February 13th. I finally received it on March 5th after 2 emails asking where it was. I should have been allowed to go to the business myself to pick it up since I live about a block away. He sent an employee to my house with the poster. I opened it up and there are tiny rips all along the bottom and top. I emailed him and told him this. He accused me of ripping it. I was treated very rudely and unfairly.
