Asap van lines bait and switch original estimate 1300 dollars lack of communication, boxed items cut locks on lockers did not keep customer informed, invoiced for 4200 dollars upon filling truck second time invoiced via email no paperwork provided. No contract signed after numerous requests demands by asap reps that shipment would be sold after 48 hours of pickup unless invoiced paid in full.

Shipment took one month merchandise broken customer abandoned better business bureau complaint process due to lack of satisfaction. Threats of holding shipment hostage customer also complained to federal motor carrier agency do not use asap van lines per my recommendation and many others here and on other websites
