The Moving World, Atlas Van Lines
The Moving World, consumer fraud rip-off

Shops, Products, Services

We arranged to have The Moving World, as agent for Atlas Van Lines, move items from Minnesota to California. The Moving World was paid in full by credit card on June 28,02.

When shipment arrived via Atlas Van Lines, Atlas required us to sign a Bill of Lading for the shipment as received, on July 23, which included a statement, "Bill charged to The Moving World".

Mid October we received a letter from Atlas Van Lines, dated October 11, that we must pay for the services, since they had not been paid by The Moving World.

We are now being invoiced by Atlas Van Lines, with a very hostile attitude which leads me to believe they (Atlas) may well be party to the fraud, and possibly had prior knowledge of the situation prior to picking up the items in Minnesota.

I would totally agree with the individuals who state Brian Tsuchiya and his wife are scam and rip-off artists.

Under no circumstances should anyone do any business with either Brian Tsuchiya, or any company which he is involved with.
