Bill elis, bob downey ripped off by timeshare solutions

I was contacted by Bill Elis from Timeshares Solutions and promised he could selll my timeshare. I paid at least $199 for the advertising. Sometime in August Bill Elis contacted me that he had a company that was looking for several timeshares and mine was one of them. The company, which he told me was CIBA, would pay $14,300. The company wanted me to pay $700, which was half of the processing fee. The time would take 4 - 6 weeks.

I have a copy dated Augusut 28, with his name on it listing information with his name, Bill Elis, at the bottom of the page.

I contacted Bill Ellis several times. One time he told me that the deal had been delayed because one of the people who was selling a timeshare lied on the application, which I thought was strange. He said the deal should go through within a month. This never happened.

I also talked at least two times with Bob Downey. I got the same story that there was a delay. The last time I talked to a female. She told me that the processing company had taken a couple weeks off for the Christmas holidays and would process the papers. I still have not heard anything. I called on January 17, and left two messages. So far, no one has called. Also, most of the time the mailbox is full and cannot leave a message.

These people should be prosecuted for Timeshare Solutions personnels are ripoffs. Timeshare owners beware of any person who is trying to sell timeshares. I haven't found an honest one.
