I have been a kay Credit Card holder for over 8 months, And for the last 6 months I have been going around and around with them over what the Sales Manager told me was a good deal on a Bridel Set that I let my Son charge to my account, Finally Yesterday (2-28-08) after all the I will call you back Bullcrap they told me I finally got a correct Answer that the Sales Lady Mislead me and that I was only paying for the Engagement Ring not set, So I told the Customer Service Man that I would like a Written Apoligy from the sales Lady and the 6 ppl who told me they would call my back. I never was told that would not happen I was told they would "CALL ME BACK" YEAH RIGHT!!! So today (2-29-08) I called to ask if I could apply for a JB Robinson card which is the same company with Kay, and the Lady told me that my account with Kay had been closed because that because I had applied for the JB Robinson card and I had some past due accounts with a credit card that I had with My soon to be ex husband! So Now they closed my account with Kay because I have some late payment on a joint visa card with my husband that is in divorce court and they want to protect their self, First I never applied for the JB Robinson card I asked about it, and 2nd all the sudden did a credit check on me after I had never been late with Kay account. And 3rd I guess thats where my Written Apoligy got me!!! I think they are so wrong on this and I will talk with a attorney with this, Until I do they can wait on their payment it is in dispute as of 2-29-08
