Harrassment and violated fair debt collection act

I tried to pay RPM off in full for my Sprint bill back in September. They wouldn't take my money for some reason.

Two months later, they started harrassing me everyday and told me they would tripple the amount of my bill if I didn't set up a payment plan even if I couldn't afford it. They also lied and said they took only debit cards or personal checks and not money orders, but the statement they sent me said they take money orders.

A few weeks ago, I told them I would pay them off in March when we received our taxes, and they said that was fine. Shortly after that, our phone was shut off.

For some reason they tried calling me to harrass me even after I told them they would get their money in March, because these jerks like doing that sort of thing! Somehow they got my Dad's phone number, who lives a few hours away from me and harrassed him.

They called him over a dozen times within 3 days! They would scream at him and threaten him. My dad told one of their goons that he was turning them in and it was illegal to harrass him. The man told my dad that he didn't care, and he is going to call him every day!
