Relocation LLC of Tulsa overcharged a stated price and flat out lied. Relocation LLC in Tulsa OK was contacted by my wife in advance of a move on Feb. 15.2008. The appointment was for noon. They showed at 1:00 pm. That was not a problem but we found later the paperwork showed arrival at 12:30PM. I conceded that point for the sake of brevity and of course it's difficult to argue with documentation after the fact.

The hourly rate was $99.00 per hour. The crew took two fifteen minute breaks at the old house. They drove away after loading without directions to the new house! I drove after them and caught up with them one and a half miles away. They turned into an unfamiliar neighborhood and stopped in front of a house. The driver and crew exited the truck and one of the crew stated they were at his sisters house and wanted another break.

I waited outside on the street in my car for 47 minutes.
The crew followed me to the new house and began unloading. The crew took two more breaks of fifteen minutes each. I called Relocation LLC phone number at 5:20 PM to ask if I was paying for breaks. The employee stated NO, you will not pay for the breaks (A lie) I thanked him and hung up.

The bottom line is we paid for 1 hour and 47 minutes of breaks at $99:00 per hour. A phone call to Gary, the owner, at Relocation LLC the following Tuesday brought a promise of a phone call the next day. The phone call did not come. (Another lie) He called Wednesday with a promise of a $123:00 refund. He stated I will have the check cut now and put it in the mail. (Another lie) As of Feb. 28,13 days later the issue is still not resolved. The check is not in the mail.

The reverse side of the invoice states, in paraphrase, after 10 days claims will not be considered. The owner Gary stalled until the 10 day deadline passed. He will not answer the phone now and the check is not in the mail. We estimated the move to be $450:00 max. The bill turned out to be $658:00.

This matter has not been satisfied. The owner lied twice and he stalled long enough to have legal advantage against us. The employee on the phone lied when asked if we pay for breaks. The movers lied on the invoice by stating incorrect arrival time. The movers lied again on the invoice about total amount of break time. Beware Relocation LLC. You have been warned.
