Received and Invoice without the products

This vendor called and said they left off part of the order and and would be sending it at a later date. The excuse was they were moving and miss sending the remanining Items. This was close to a year from the original order. The deception was the quantity on the invoice was more than I would of ordered in two years. And have yet seen the order.
