Central Hudson Management Allows Installation of Substandard Materials From Employee, Tom Brocks, Joe DeVirgillio & Steven Lant See NO ETHICAL PROBLEM

Central Hudson line foreman Brian Ryder, of the Newburgh, NY office, has started a private pole setting business after questioning me about my pricing as to pole setting.

Mr. Ryder has used a 5/8" ground rod with an eye welded to the end of the rod, and silver spray paint to cover welding for an anchor rod. CHG&E Specifications and Requirements on pages 27 & 28 paragraph 4.6.6 Anchors and Guys states "a minimum of 3/4" by 8' anchor rod"

Mr. Ryder was in my opinion using CHG&E recorces; poles, materials and trucks.

Mr. Ryder would have access to paper work involving customer owned poles, and in my opinion, has used this information personal gain.

Central Hudson has recomended Mr. Ryders company through a contracter list.

CHG&E has a 10 page Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (http://www.chenergygroup.com/conduct_eg.html) which I have found to be fictional. I would NEVER recomend anyone contact Mr. Gould or anyone from CHG&E about conduct or ethical issues.in my case they have adopeted polocies to protect Mr. Ryder and force my family business out.

I have 30-40 pages of information, pictures of mr. Ryders work. I will try to get this information on this site if possiable.

The corporate bullies at CHG&E have no reguard for small business or my family while protecting thier employees who have used substandard materials.

Any help or advice to deal with this situation would be greatly appriciated.
