Unauthorized charges to my account, no refund when DVD returned, Absolutely no mention of on-going charges to account on the order page, deceptive

Dear Sir or Madame:

"Free DVD! How to Make $100K in 12 months!"

These are the large letters at the top of the page entitled, "Dear Fellow Entrepreneur" from Charles Ryder of Ryder Marketing Inc.

His letter included 9 pages, along with pictures of him and of his various homes.

Page 9 of 9 states: "All you have to do to get your FREE DVD is pay $7.95 shipping and handling to cover the cost of making the DVD and shipping it out to you", states Charles Ryder.

"Then in a couple days you will receive the DVD in your mail box. Once you get your DVDE make sure to watch it right away so you can get started making tons of money on the Internet."

The final paragraph on page 9: "Simply Fill in your Name and Email address to receive your FREE DVD and you will be forwarded to a secure page where you can give me your shipping details!" signed "Dedicated To Your Success", Charles Ryder, Ryder Marketing Inc.

When the DVD arrived, I wasn't able to listen to it due to a family emergency. However, when the next DVD (which I never ordered!) arrived I immediately wrote: "Refused. Return to Sender" However, my account was still charged $104.95 (completely unauthorized!) on 8-19 and then AGAIN on 9-16!

When I attempted to go to the website to request a refund for $202.90, I kept receiving "Page not available". When I called 866-757-6021, I was placed on hold... With no one picking up!

Could you please advise me as to what actions I can take to retreive the money that was deducted from my account, completely unauthorized?
