Angry, swearing via e-mail, wouldn't except e-mail-reported me as spammer!

I contacted this company to purchase a dress. I asked for overnight delivery and payment was made via my Visa card. Three days later no dress appeared so I sent the company an e-mail. This individual responded in an angry, degrading and profanity laced e-mail saying that what did I expect service! He would cancel my order and didn't want any further contact with me. I thought that I would give him a piece of my mind so I returned his e-mail and much to my discovery received an equally angry e-mail stating that I am a spammer and that I should just drop dead, that I am the scum of the earth and to never contact him again. Some way to attempt to do business! I shop at many online stores and this is the first time I have ever been treated in this manner. Please let everyone possible know about this individual and his company, it certainly is not customer friendly!
