I ordered my daughters wedding dress from BrideSave.com on July 26th. I paid in full at the time of order. Of course the money came out of my debit card bank account immediately! I received an e-mail giving me a guaranteed delivery date of 0ctober 15th. 9/23/06 I received notice that the business had closed and that they would not be able to fill my order. BrideSave said earlier that they expected the order there by 9/30 and then it would be shipped to us. I was able to contact the manufacturer of Alex Hanson Bridal directly and asked about this dress. I told them that if this dress was made, they they shoud not send it to BrideSave. They immediately sent an e-mail saying that they had not been informed about the closure. I asked them to check on this particular order and gave them all the numbers. They were able to find this order, said that it had been made and they had been about to ship it to bridesave. This company does not sell directly to the public except for very special situations which they agreed that this was. I will have to pay for the dress again, but at least i will have the dress. We don't have time to order another one. I hope the girl who got ripped off by them too will see this report and contact Alex Hanson bridal to see if her dress has already been made. I wrote a very angry e-mail to brideSave.com and told her that i will not let this rest until they make it right and refund my money. I told her i will contact the VISA fraud department and have them go after her. I hope this helps.
