Said they could help me find my daughter but when I put in her name they can't even find a birth record for he

I signed up with these people because they said they could help me find my daughter. When I put in any name at all they can't find it. I put in my daughters name to see if it would give me her birth record and they said they can't find her name. So, I tried putting in my name and my dad's name and it says the same thing no information on that name. Tells me to check my spelling or possibly the name is wrong or the state. I have been rip-offed.
