Rip off trying to find a birth Mother by the goverment records office

I have found the same complaint with Goverment Records. I can not get any information from them, I have even put in my own name and nothing came up, but hey ho here I am, born - married -divorced and no record of me what so ever.

I am trying to get my money back through the credit card company, I live in the UK and could also get nothing in the UK.

A real rip off and these people should be sorted.
