Very upset i could not speak with my fiance ctacard.com

I 'm very upset about this company. My fiance is in Ghana Africa and is desperate to talk with me I have purchased several card no problem. But on this particualr day, the other end would not ring and it kept eating my minutes. So I called it's was on a weekend so there is no one there. My fiance was very upset. I tried 5x's to call nothing. Is there an honest company out there? I guess i better look into VIOP. Does any one have any answers?
