Modpapers.com do not order terrible customer service nothing delivered on time get the run around

My mom placed an order through this company for some baby shower invitations. The moment the order was placed the company (namely the owner, Lidia) started acting very unprofessionally. My mom sent emails to Lidia and was told after she placed the order Lidia would send a copy of the invites to her so she could review what had been done. After never hearing back, we got nervous and needed to make sure the invites would get to us in time to mail them out. I started getting a bad feeling about what was going on, afraid my mom was being ripped off, I logged into the website and chatted with a live operator (Lidia), who was extremely rude. I used to work for a relay company, and am well aware of Nigerian scams and how the scams work and how the scammers converse. Talking to Lidia I did not have a good feeling, she spoke with bad grammar and gave me the same run-around she gave my mom. She claims my mom gave her the wrong email address (which is impossible since it's set up through Paypal)... When I asked Lidia for more information about her business she disconnected the chat. Keep in mind, I was nothing but polite during this conversation. Lidia ended up giving my mother a refund and cancelling the order (which we did not request). I was absolutely disgusted by the service we received, and I think it ended up being a blessing the order was cancelled! I would avoid this business at all costs, or it will cost you!
