Trivoice intl, ltd myiproducts imail & trivoice intl, ltd (same scammer) stole from me and my grandpa!

I pay my grandpa's phone bill and noticed some small but hidden charges every month from an OAN Services. I figure hmmm thats wierd whats that and didnt think anything of it because all our services are bundled phone, internet, cable so i didnt think much of the charge of 12.95 and another from ENHANCED SERVICES BILLING for $29.90 so i call the the companies 800 numbers on my bill and i find out some john doe at another address charged my phone # up for some voice mail stuff and this company let em do it??? So i call the other company OAN SERVICES that has been charging grandpa for i dont know the online bill pay wont let me go back more than 2 years!!!
Please please stop this!!!

Then on top of that i asked for my money back ASAP! They tell me it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles huh???
I demanded paymt and even talked to supervisors and i got nowhere

Then to make things worse AT&T allowed this with out my or grandpa's authorization because we didnt call in and block all 3rd party charges or whatever?

I guess anyone can call and use your number with these companies and and even different address and name than is on your account and you will be charged till you dispute it because it was down online on some form? LMAO!

And they make you wait for the money they supposedly let get stollen!
