Charged 800.00 over estimate Damaged items Total rip-off! Stay away from these scam artists!

I was given a quote of 940.00 which turned into a final price of 1819.00.

Here's just a sampling of what went wrong:
1) they arrived 3 1/2 hrs late with no apology or explanation 2) the driver/boss bullied me into crating/taping nearly everything or else I would have to waive insurance. The crating and taping supplies cost me an extra 331.00

3) 2 of the 3 workers spoke NO english, so the boxes I had marked 'FRAGILE' just might have well have said 'DROP ME'. 4) the driver insisted on getting to the delivery point with his own directions even though I told him they were wrong and gave him clear, correct directions. This resulted in a near one hour delay getting to the delivery point. I had to wait in my car at the side of the road for him to catch up and find us. 5) I was charged an additional 4 hrs of travel time despite the quote clearly stating 2 hrs total of travel time. 6) He didn't want to give me the 7 free boxes that were in the quote 7) wanted payment by cash/money order when I was told credit card would be accepted. 8) several damaged items 9) refused to give me a legible receipt 10) wasted a tremendous amount of time trying to get a signal on his cell to get the credit card auth instead of getting the move done.

11) wanted me to drive into town with him at the end of the move at near midnight so he could get the credit card auth on the cell phone. (we had no cell service in the house)
The entire experience was a nightmare.
