Sterkin - Nika Imaging Studio Lousy Wedding video, videographer made no attempt to make customer happy, just wants more money to make it right

We hired them to video our wedding. They arrived late. Failed to come to the rehearsal even though they promised they would.

Most important they missed several key moments of the day that I believe could have been avoided if they had come to the rehearsal. They even missed getting a shot of the bride and/or groom when the bride said her vows.

They used very inappropriate music on the video. Two songs about unrequitted love. Refused to change the songs or to do anything to make us happy.

They just wanted $100 per hour to make any changes with a minimum of $300.

I believe they are one of those wedding companies that do a lousy job just to get more money from you later.
