VERY Unprofessional

I ordered some things for Christmas for a while back. Before I continue, I will just say that I have NO doubts that the Owner of this company will put some stupid Rebuttal in here. Whatever he says, he is full of crap. Don't you think an owner of a SUCCESSFUL, accomplished and honest company would have BETTER things to do with his time than check websites to put rebuttals in on everyone who says bad things about his company?

I'm an honest person and I wouldn't waste my time on here if what I am saying isn't TRUE. So whatever his rebuttal may be, just know that this guy makes a living out of ripping people off and he doesn't like that we are on here calling him out!

I ordered a couple weeks before Christmas, paid extra for UPS 2 day shipping. I never received my order, although my credit card was charged. I e-mailed them several times with no response.

Finally, in JANUARY, when I e-mailed them that I was calling my credit card and disputing the charge, the owner decided to respond. He was very nasty, threatening me and telling me that I was making Fraudulent charges, etc. (How is it fraudulent to dispute a charge for merchandise they NEVER SENT?) Needless to say, a war of words went on back and forth for a while.

Funny, Once I mentioned my rights as a consumer according to the Federal Trade Commission (I filed a complaint with them and the BBB), I received my order—a month after Christmas.

Do yourself a favor and visit your local mall to look for gag gifts! DO NOT trust this site. They are very unprofessional and the owner is immature and rude. Guess that should be expected from someone who sells FART BOMBS for a living.
