Vince Spiceland Hamilton - Owner Very angry about Christmas order not received as of TODAY!

I ordered some bearings, bushings, hardware, skate wax, skate tools, on the 13th of December for my baby brother for Christmas. This is what he asked for on his Christmas list. As of January 11 I have not received any of it. Not even any notification that they have been shipped. The money was taken out of my credit card on the 14th of December. It should not take almost a month to receive these products. I emailed him on the 4th of January and received no response. I'm in Indiana and the company is only in Virginia. These items were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I don't even have a tracking number to even go by to check the status, if there even is one. My mother was not gonna get involved but she is very upset because how can this company just take money from innocent people. All I want is a refund. I have nothing good to say about this company except that if they are out there stealing, cheating and lieing to people, I hope they get caught and pay for what he is doing.
