I ordered 3 rings from this company on Dec 2nd/07 thinking that would be plenty time for me to get them before x-mas... I didn't get them until the end of the month, when I sent them back for an exchange of sizes, not only did they forgot to ship one of the rings but they charge me again for the missing ring... I had provide all the information that they need to reimbursed me and I have yet seeing a peny back... Plus the customer service is terrible, they tell you one thing and do another... Not to mention the quality of the merchandise is very poor, it looks great on the website but once its in front of you is a different picture... I wish I've never ever ever had ordered from them, I really regret ordering form this place, it has really discourage me from buying anything online. No one deserves this, God only knows how many more people have been a victim of malfeasance from this company...
