Scam and fraud!

A few years ago i signed up to become a member. I received lots of cool things during the initial trial so i decided to pay the $350 to become a lifetime member because i was told i would get a lot more rewards afterwards. After paying, i received a huge box with the cr*ppiest set of pots and pans I've ever seen. Then nothing. I never heard another word i never received anything. After awhile i had a death in the family so it was no longer on my mind. Recently i tried to log into my account and it would not accept my info. I tried to email them several times to figure out what the problem was and have yet to receive a response. These people are scam artists. They offer the world, take your money and them delete you from the site. I am really thinking about pursuing this legally.
