Cooking Club - America
Poor service!

I received a letter from a collection agency, claiming I signed up and owe money to the "Cooking Club of America." I did not sign up or promise to pay for any club and the collection agency (RMCB - Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau) does not to seem real, although they seem very anxious to get my social security and credit card numbers. I have not received any free merchandise, other than a $100 "Gift Card, " which is nothing more than a card telling me to send it to a service in exchange for coupons, which I never did. Although the mere mention of "Collection Agency" makes me more than a little nervous, I have a feeling this is a big scam. Cooking CLub of America has a website, but it's impossible to navigate unless I sign up as a member (which I haven't and do not plan to), and there is no way to contact them, either by phone or email. They even spelled my name wrong. Not sure what to do, but it pisses me off that I have to deal with this type of crap that I never asked for.
