Customer Service ripoff consumer fraud

I apply for a contract wireless phone services (Worldcom service at Forest avenue, Staten Island, NY, and i got a free phone, with the service on the next day like normal, one month before the world trade center 10/11/01. After that I never got a billing statement ($29.99)

I call the company around september 25th and they tell me because of the World Trade Center situation they cannot give any information from my account needer any address to send the payment.

Three month after, I call WorldCom company asking for the billing statements and how much I owned and they tell me the same excuses. I call again around December and they tell me the samething.

On February, I receive a phone call on the cellphone that i have the service with worldcom, one from the worldcom representative, and they tell me that I owned $1,500 dollars and that i am through a Collection Agency, I ask them to send me all the statements by mail, ones i receive i dont agree the too many phone calls and the amount of money for the 6 month of use, which is too much (around $250-300 per month) When i suppost to receve 2000 minutes free evening and weekend and 500 minutes weekday. Which i dont see from all this amount of money.

Also, there was a agency name Recovery, Inc that I receive a phone call on of the representative name Neil on July.

They menance to me if i dont pay in full at the same day the amount of $1,050. They tell me that I am going to the Jail, if I dont make the payment and they wanted in that day by phone not through the mail (which i never got any receipt until this date, i never got no proof at all). Because they offer me to make the payment of $1,050 instead $1,473 (which i pay $60. First to worldcom and trying to deals with them if I can pay a monthly plan wich they didnt gave none oportunity) They tell me that they are a recovery agency that helps people to trying pay-off there debts and they offer me to make a payment of $1,050 and the account will be close and I have not to pay any more which it was a liar.

I did make a payment by phone, by forth, and menance, and I did make a payment of $1,050. I also ask them to send me a confirmation letter that i did pay and my account will be close and the account will be clear which I never receive anything from them, I call about hundreds times regarding this situation and i got nothing from them.

Also on my credit card appears statements that i have been charge of $1,050 from a Hospital Support Service on Plantation, Florida which i got no idea what come from, nor appear that was charge from RECOVERY, INC or Worldcom Wireless. If I leave this like that, if they fill like, they can say that i didnt pay nothing and charge me over again the same amount in the future.

I was a victime and steal from this fraudulent company, fraud and illegal corruption on my account which i dispute already and waiting and anwer from my credit card company.

Someone have to do something and SUE this company (WORLDCOM WIRELESS) for FRAUD< CORRUPTION, CONSUMER DELINQUENCY, LIAR AND A EXPERT IN ROBBERY.
