I ordered a bunch of fragrance oils for my cosmetic line from this company. When I got the box it was an old Christmas box or something that Gail had scratched out all the old info on it. Then to open the box I see a bunch of bottle. They had no top. Actually the top on the bottles was black electrical tape! So I went to smell them anyways and they all smell TERRIBLE! Nothing like they should. For instance coconut should smell like coconut and so on. Well coconut smelled like a smell I had never smelt before and it was not good! They all smelled the exact same and i had about 12 different scents that I had ordered. Some of them were green and brown colored too. It was almost like she had taken car oil and filled the bottles and sadi " here ya go!".

So I called her to say that I wasnt satisfied and wanted to return the so called products. She would not tell me the return policy and said I had to read it on the web site. Which is way at the bottom and not shown during the check out process. She told me that I shouldnt have ordered them if I didnt like them and that it's so much work for her to put the orders together and send them out.

Well If writing on old bottles with a sharpy and topping them off with electrical tape is to hard of work. Then I dont know what to say to that? I was dumbfounded! And then in the Policy it states that any products that the seal has been broken on can not be returned. WHAT SEAL? They was tape over the top of the bottle where a screw on top should have been? There was no list of ingredients of the products or anything! And they claim to be 100% pure. The so called fragrance oils smelt of 2 things, car oil and alcohol.

Terrible business and something needs to be done. I will for sure be disputing any charges from them and I will go as far to send pictures of the purchase along with the dispute!
