Completely inferior products

I ordered 5 bottles of perfume oil and they smelled absolutely awful. They were a very cheap imitation of the real scent. When I tried to complain no one answered their telephone. I sent them emails complaining and they responded that they will exchange the items for other products. I thought that I really didn't want any more of their horrible smelling junk but they would not budge. I then said that I would take tea tree oil instead. I received one bottle of so-called tea tree oil in exchange for 5 bottles of perfume oils that I had sent back. The tea tree oil smelled terrible. It was actually nauseating. I had to pay shipping for the original garbage (almost $9) and then $8 to send it back. It was like taking $30 and lighting a match to it. The woman at the Post Office even commented that my box smelled like really cheap perfume when I was mailing it back. I think that they should be stopped for this fraud.
