On several occasions I have noticed that the owner of this UPS store, Ram Manwani, always attempts to rip off his customers' for their change.
He will take your money for payment, then immediately engage in a conversation with you to make your forget about your change.
When you ask for your change, he will then claim that you never gave him any money. Now, he attempts to rip you off again buy getting you to pay twice.
It's the old bait and switch. When I confronted him about it, he stated, "You can't blame me for trying" Ram Manwani has tried to rip me off every time I have gone inside his store.
This guy is a real sleaze.
All of his prices are much higher than USPS or a legitimate UPS center. Do yourself a favor and go some other place.
