False advertising ORDER 5 mag for $ 27 then they charge 89.92?

Ordered 5 magazines for $27 on 1/13/08, then a charge appeared for 89.92 called on 1/17/08 to cancel and said no problem will process should see credit in 3-5 days, 1-28-08 no credit, called again, was told no problem first time was not processed correctly, should see i 3-5 days. I sent a letter today 1-29-08 asking why and when I will get my credit back? Will keep you posted. I will not purchse from them again.
