The Movers, AKA Payless Moving co., Deep South Relocators are ripoffs. They pride their company of offering customer service that no else does. This is true. They have NO customer service. Woody McDuffy is the owner. Moving, to him, is not a tramatic experience. He claims he does it all of the time. He lies!

I had 2 truck loads of furniture moved from Louisiana to Florida. 1 truck arrived 6 hours late. The other truck arrived 5 days later. He conitually lied stating the truck had broken down half way here. The fact is he did not want another truck tied up in Fl. It was the busiest time of the year. I had 2 employees confirm that the 2nd truck never left the warehouse.

I was promised a partial refund. They wouldn't even send me the proper claim forms for damages. Damages were mostly minor but extensive. Please let anyone know to not use this company. They have a 2 page ad in the yellow pages without a physical address. Better Business Bureau had no record of them. I thought they would be good. If Better Business Bureau doesn't have rocrds on the company, then they probably have changed their names several times like this company.
