Paid for product never delivered

I found this company on Ebay and saw that they were in Marble Falls Tx 16 miles from my office so on Novermber 6 I visited their office ordering $337.48 of screen printed polo shirts and caps. I left 2 pair of safety orange coveralls for screen printing work.

I called Dennis the first week in December and was told the order would be ready next week. Several calls were made in December and several excuses were made by Dennis. The last time I talked to him was on January 7th. I was told he was working on my coveralls and the girls were working on my shirts and they should be ready tomorrow.

Called on the 11th only to get a recording so I left a message. Did so again several times the following week and on the 18th, found the phone number was no longer a working number so I went to his shop. No one was there and I left my business card asking him to return my call. I sent him emails on his website, Myspace page for the business, his personal Myspace page and his Ebay site with no response.

On the 25th I was contact by Dorthy Hair asking if I could come get my coveralls. She explained that business problems forced him to close the shop but he was moving to his house in Horseshoe Bay Tx and would definitely produce what I had paid for or at least refund my money.

On the 26th I went to his website to find a bankruptcy notice IMPORTANT NOTICE Discount T-Shirt Company has filed bankruptcy. If you have an outstanding order, and paid through PayPal.com please dispute the payment so that we can get an accurate account. All disputes will be paid no later than 2/18/08. Please do not harass the former owners of this company, they have filed bankruptcy and have lost a tremendous amount over a national flood disaster. Do file with paypal so that the accountants can make one lump sum payment and refund everyone due at one time. Thank you for your understanding.

Went to his Ebay site and Sorry, this store does not exist but a lot of negative feedbacks being posted for discountshirtco basically stating the same problem I have. I contacted my credit card company and was told that they would do a charge back IF his merchant account had not been closed. Don't look good for me and many others!
