Nads Gel
Ripoff kept returned product & did not refund my money North Hollywood

I ordered Nads by phone; my credit card was promptly charged. I tried the hair removal gel several different ways, and it was awful. My underarms were raw and bleeding, and it left lots of hair on my legs and underarms.

According to their refund policy, I sent the product back to them within 30 days for a full refund. After about 6 or 7 weeks when no refund came, I called them. I was given the runaround, then finally told to fax the information, which I did.

After another few weeks, still no refund. When I called again, I only got a message stating that refund checks were "in the mail".

It's been over a year, now, and still no refund. This product is lousy; doesn't do at all what is promised. The company is worse; taking your money, keeping the returned product, and continuing to sell over TV and in stores.
