On Sunday, October 6, I called my bank, via telebanking, to check my balance. I wanted to be sure I had been balancing my check book correctly. When it told me I was overdrawn, I got a little nervous. Im a 19 year old living on her own hundreds of miles away from her family.

I asked to speak to a representative (who was really understanding and nice). She went through every transaction made until we came up to a charge of $139.95 to MWI CONNECTIONS. I was confused because not only did I not authorize this charge, but I had never even heard of this company.

Now today, October 7, I am going to my bank to dispute this charge and try to get my money back. I am then going to the BetterBusinessBureau and file another complaint. This is absolutely ridiculous that they have charged all these people money and are getting away with it. Well they are not getting away with stealing my hard earned and desperately needed money.
