Think&lose problems from the first day! Charged double & my bank account was charged 49.80 even after i called to cancel

I was charged almost double the ammount. And they added these think and lose pills to try. It says that you get a free mp3 player to play the already down loaded cd. Not!!! I called to cancel and they said that you cant cancel the package you selected so i asked if i could cancel the pills because of the ingredents and they said you have 30 days from when you place the order not when you recieve them[one day late] i was told that i could not get my money back but would cancel the auto ship next day i see another charge from think and lose on my bank account called them and they said that they could not get my money back
