My wife wanted to order a pair of frames on the internet thinking we could save money. I had my reservations. Before she ordered I made sure to call the supposed Decor My Eyes location (it is actually just someone's house) to make sure that there were no abnormal restocking fees. I was assured there wasn't. When returning I was then told there was a 20% restocking fee. I made a call and was told my the party on the phone that, "Oh that must have been my brother who told you that!" I then responded, "Well are you going to honor that?" and was simply told no.

Do not purchase anything from here. Customer support does not exist. It is only some young punk acting as a third party ordering single pairs of glasses. You will not save money in the long run.

And when we did receive the package, the "brand new" Versace frames were placed in a "brand new" definitely beat up glasses case. You've been warned.

I am in the process of trying to return them now. I will update on how that goes.
