Cannot locate the website to register for free gift card shown on receipt

I purchased a new computer from our local store. The receipt shows a website to register for one of five gift cards just by taking Circuit City's "Customer First" Survey.
I cannot locate this website. I just happened upon your site and saw that another customer had the same issue. So I thought the more people that jump aboard will stop them from giving false hopes of winning.
This is not ethical!
