Went shopping at Circuit City and got a receipt that says I could get a "chance to win one of five $1000 gift cards". I just had to do a simple survey. Well, after 3 weeks of trying, I could never access the survey. The website "can't be found". I tried at different times of the day but it never came up. What a scam!!
